HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Mobile Application Architect to work in the Huntsville, AL area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead team in developing solutions, design, coding and implementation of mobile web applications related to highly visible Army logistics training guides and activites on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Lead and participate in the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, support)
Work closely with lead developers to create and execute on deadlines, for mobile application development and feature builds
Develop and document, detailed enterprise architecture solutions for customers
Serve as the architect and senior lead for app development team, offering technical and managerial support
Set up and maintain quality assurance methodologies for each build
Lead code reviews with lead developers
Optimize performance and scalability
Design interfaces to improve user experience
Lead product development effort to plan new features
Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols
Five to Seven year years of recent hands-on coding and software design specific to iOS and Android application development and devices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Solid experience programming in Objective-C, C/C++, good current knowledge of Unix/Linux environments, cryptography, web API, XCode IDE, Interface Builder, iPhone SDK and DB.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, availability, and internet and mobile OS security fundamentals.
Strong problem solving skills, adaptable, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Solid secure coding practices including good design documentation, unit testing, peer code reviews.
Knowledge of network protocols and internet/web services: HTML 5, JSON, XML.
Mobile application developer’s code, test, debug, monitor and document changes for mobile applications.
Able to implement application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and cooperation in a fast paced, group environment.
Work to be performed at Redstone Arsenal, AL
- Two years of directly related experience in Army or DoD environment preferred.
Must be able to obtain Secret clearance prior to start.
