This position supports the Knowledge Management Section of the Project Management Office, Aircraft Survivability Equipment (PM ASE). The Knowledge Management (KM)/SharePoint (SP) Developer will assist with KM projects and Site Collection administration in the PM ASE organization. The successful candidate will follow KM Best Practices, provide technical analysis and recommendations, and participate in the design and management of integrated information systems and policies/ processes. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management of SP Server 2010 and 2013 sites; configuration, management, and upgrading existing sites and tools to incorporate new features; security administration; developing and implementing custom workflows, InfoPath forms, pages, libraries, and lists; creating reports from datasets; troubleshooting issues; and training end-users on new feature-sets as necessary. Managing and configuring site collection and features
Managing content types and metadata
Creating permission groups, sites, lists, and libraries
Developing and troubleshooting complex, logical workflows
Using CEWP to customize sites The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain good team relationships, have strong communication skills, be adept at resolving issues, and be able to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision. 9 years with a HS diploma; 7 years with an AS; 3 years of relevant experience with a BS Degree is required. Candidate must have an active US security clearance which requires US citizenship.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional development tools such as HTML, CSS, Power Pivot, SQL, XML, MS Visual Studio, Excel Services;
Certifications: CompTIA Security CE; Certified Internet Web Foundations Associate; Microsoft/SharePoint certifications (MCTS, MCITP, MCPD, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP).
