Summit Technical Solutions (STS) is seeking multiple candidates for Military Operations Analysts-Sr to provide advisory and assistance services in support of the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Capability Manager (TCM) for Space and High Altitude and the Future Warfare Center of the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) in support of all aspects of capability development.

Advocate for and manage Space and High Altitude requirements including working with requirements stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize requirements and address policy concerns; identifying and documenting Space and High Altitude capability gaps including related prototyping, technology development, rapid fielding, and urgent need initiatives; preparing and staffing Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents; synchronizing doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions; coordinating with materiel developers on acquisition and fielding issues; establishing and overseeing user constraints, objectives, and requirements for supportability; representing the interests of Soldiers throughout the requirements and acquisition processes; enabling the horizontal and vertical integration of Space and High Altitude capabilities into the Army and the DoD; and conducting other associated tasks.

This position is posted in anticipation of contract award to STS.

Required Experience

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred

  • 8+ years of related experience is required; 10+ years is preferred

  • Experience working with/within USASMDC/ARSTRAT

  • Experience with Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process

  • Military Space, High Altitude, Electronic Warfare and/or related operational experience highly desired

  • TOP SECRET-SCI level clearance with eligibility for SAP/SAR access is required
