Radiance Technologies is seeking a Radar Cross Section (RCS) model Engineer in Huntsville, AL. The Engineer will work side-by-side with clients, analysts, and engineers to generate, assess, and analyze the radar signature of aerodynamic, missile, targets, and/or space systems. The individual will develop signature data products and develop/modify software routines written in MATLAB and other programming languages develop in accordance with client standards. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment, and technical acuity are essential.

Desired Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience with radar frequency signatures, Xpatch, ModelMan, or Solidworks

• Programming skills in MATLAB, C / C++, Python, Visual Basic, or Java

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or relevant technical field

• RCS model development and radar signatures analysis experience.

• Active TS/SCI clearance. Must be able to obtain a polygraph.

Required Experience

• Experience with RCS prediction software and computer-aided design (CAD) models.
