The Project Coordinator will support the Earth Science Branch within the Science and Technology Office (STO) with duties including, but not limited to:

  • Integrate review data packages and report development and web-posting and perform quality checks on reports and presentations.

  • Develop lists, reports, and charts for the overall management and integration of the organization to include organization charts, team lists, and roles and responsibilities matrices.

  • Participate in STO Program/Project and Center meetings and aiding the development of STO briefings for internal and external use, and preparation of presentations as required

  • Coordinate Audio/Video presentations for special events along with real-time meeting support.

  • Perform data integration within databases and websites. Maintain proper security of all controlled information.

  • Establish and verify security permissions, loading data, and setting up and organizing folders/files for Office websites and databases.

  • Ensuring the appropriate facilities and equipment are available.

  • Experience with implementation of communication strategy and plans, including social media posts.

  • Provide meeting support by creating and maintaining team distribution lists distributing meeting notices, reserving conference rooms, resources, and equipment, recording and distributing meeting minutes.

  • Logging, tracking, and ensure on-time closure of action items.

  • Tracking government products and deliverables.

  • Able to capture best practices, develop work instructions, and workflows.


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years’ experience of similar duties of a project coordinator

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as Excel, Work, and PowerPoint, Outlook, One note

  • Experience with Customer Relationship tools or similar tools

  • Experience creating, editing and formatting documents using Google Docs

  • Proficient written and communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of Government and Contractor organizations

  • Demonstrated understanding of information and records management as it applies to organizational procedures, guidelines and requirements.

  • Personnel are required to be self-motivated, very detail-oriented, organization skills, dependable, team players familiar with working in a dynamic project oriented work environment.

  • U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation is required.
