This position is with Dynetics Technical Solutions, Inc. (DTS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dynetics, Inc. DTS, is seeking a talented Manufacturing Project Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics Technical Solutions provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
The successful candidate will manage a growing project team made up of of manufacturing and quality engineers, mechanical technicians, machinists, and production support personnel to execute production machining and assembly of aerospace components. Responsibilities include cost projection and budget managment, schedule management, quality compliance, as well as providing leadership and direction to setup or improve production processes to increase production.
BS degree and 3 years experience managing manufacturing projects or 10 years experience managing manufacturing projects is required. Must have experience in a production machining and assembly environment. Candidate must have experience in the following areas:
Must be familiar with AS9100 quality requirements.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint is required.
Candidate must have excellent problem solving and be able to effectively communicate with management and customer representatives. Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independantly in a fast-pace manufacturing environment.
Experience designing production facility layout and production process planning is a plus. Experience with Costpoint and Epicor ERP/MES is a plus.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
