Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Analysts to support field network planning and strategy

  • Monitor employees' work accuracy, review work performance, coach for improvement and provide consistent feedback

  • Reporting and monitor KPI providing insight and improvement points to leadership with simulation on impact to KPI

  • Accurately forecasting and preventing negative impacts on the network with process implementation

  • Define and agree targets for Service Operations performance and analyze improvement areas to achieve KPI

Education/Experience (related experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required Masters preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of service industry experience preferably in a field service organization

  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint

  • People Management experience, ideally in a team of 5 plus

  • Ability to work independently and with some possible travel 10% annually

  • Bilingual Required (Korean and English)
