Leidos Logistician in HUNTSVILLE, Alabama

We are looking for a Logistician located in Huntsville, AL, in support of the SS-AISR program. . In this role, you will plan, develop and execute logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. You will develop and implement logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc.; coordinate efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel; resolve logistics problems; and compile data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities.
•Analyze and implement processes, products and systems, and program enhancements.
•Monitor orders and repair inductions to ensure delivery within POP (Period of Performance).
•Monitor and report delivery of materials to ensure performance to contract.
•Develop supplier/customer engagement strategy.
•Responds and administers requests for quotes.
•Respond to short notice data requests to support strategies.
-A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience; additional years of relevant experience are allowed in lieu of a degree.
-Strong Microsoft office suite experience
-Self-starting, accountable, and able to work independently.
-Strong time management and organization skills.
-This position does not require a DoD clearance to start, but does require a final Secret after you start.
